Marcus is the childe to Jasmine DuGalle and the new Sheriff of New Avalon, replacing Monique after the Brujah's disgrace. He is young for a Court Officer, still a neonate in fact, but is quite capable in his duties and very diligent in his attention to them.
Those that know him, or at least know of him, typically learn fairly easy that he has some strong and possibly even familial connections to the mafia in New Avalon.
